Issue with WPFC

  • Hi,
    When Fastest cache is enabled, my website loads a blank screen on all pages. This issue just recently started happening as everything was fine for weeks after installing.

    I have this plugin installed on other websites that I manage and this issue is not occuring there (yet).

    Can someone help me figure out whats happening. I have disabled WPFC for now but I can enable it again if you need to see the issue happening.

    did you check error_log file before? maybe memory is not enough.

    I have not public_html subfolder in my WP directory !?

    then you should contact your hosting provider.

    Hey, sorry for the late reply. I have been away. I will check the error log. What specifically should I be looking for here. I disabled the plugin on the site where it was causing problems for now. I use this on a few other websites but have not yet had the issue there. Has anyone else reported an issue like this?

    To explain again, when the plugin was active, the home page was fine but when I clicked onto another page, I would only see a white page. Content did not load. Also this happened when accessing the site from a non cached browser.
