Issue with YITH PayPal Express Checkout not incorporating PW WooCommerce Gift Ca

  • Dear YITH Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing on my website, with your plugin, YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce.

    The problem arises when a customer attempts to use a gift card discount through the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin in conjunction with your PayPal Express Checkout. It seems that the PayPal Express Checkout process is completed before the gift card discount can be applied, resulting in the discount not being reflected in the final transaction.

    Both the YITH PayPal Express Checkout and PW WooCommerce Gift Cards plugins are updated to their latest versions, and to the best of my knowledge, they have been configured correctly.

    Given the popularity of both these plugins, I believe this could be an issue that other users might also encounter, making its resolution beneficial not only for my website but potentially for others as well.

    Could you please assist me in identifying and resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance you could provide.

    the issue happens because there’s no integration between YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce and PW WooCommerce Gift Cards.

    Making them work together requires an amount of work that should be planned and, unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this at the moment.

    Hi,

    Perhaps you can try a plugin called Plugin Organizer.
    With this one, you can reorder the loading of each of your plugins, and so, setting PW gift cards before YITH Paypal.
    To be sure, putting Paypal in last position is a good choice.
