    Hi there,

    I’ve recently changed my www.ads-software.com account email to a company catch all and upon logging into WooCommerce today noticed that although the email has successfully changed, with it it lost all subscriptions. Has anyone had any experience of this please?

    Hi @propwoo,

    In this case, I would advise contacting us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

    You may need to log into your account and send the support request there. Also, include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what you already mentioned here.

    I’m exploring that avenue, just hadn’t heard back from them in several hours, so I wondered if there was some other solution I could sort myself.

    Normally, account-related issues require closer checks, so resolving this via a ticket is optimal.
