After completing the setup wizard in AIOSEO, the following issues started to occur. These problems only appear when I am logged into WordPress; the pages display normally as they did before completing the setup wizard when I am logged out.

    1. Some of the lists on the web pages are no longer displayed.
    2. Buttons on the web pages have disappeared.
    3. The WP submenus in the theme’s editor no longer expand.

Disabling the AIOSEO plugin did not resolve these issues. I would appreciate your help in finding a solution.

I managed to resolve the issue for now.
The problem was fixed after disabling MonsterInsights.

After completing the AIOSEO wizard, several plugins were automatically installed, but it seems that none of the other plugins were related to the issue.

    Hi @yosuke0127,

I’m sorry you experienced an issue with the MonsterInsights plugin and I’m glad you were able to resolve this.

The MonsterInsights and OptinMonster plugins are preselected and will be installed unless they are deselected during the?Setup Wizard?in All?in One SEO.

There’s an option in our Setup Wizard where we have preselected features based on your site category selected in the Setup Wizard. You have the option to deactivate the additional conversion or analytics plugins, as seen here:

    https://a.supportally.com/i/dsDH7Q

If you don’t require these plugins, then you can safely deactivate and delete them, and they will not be installed or activated again unless you run our?Setup Wizard?again and select the options mentioned above.

If you experience any other issues similar to this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here?–?https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
    2. Reload the screen and check the?Console?tab for errors, which will show in red.
    3. Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and share them with us here, and we can investigate this further.

    Thanks!

    Dear J. Burns,

Thank you very much for your courteous response.

It was inappropriate for me to say the plugins were “automatically” installed. To be precise, the installation was due to my insufficient confirmation.

I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

I look forward to your continued support.
