issues after migration

Hi! We use your app in an eshop. After migrating the site to its live domain, we got an issue: when we make a change, it is saved in the DB but doesn’t show neither in the preview nor in the email. I tried reseting the settings (by clicking the reset button). All templates are reset but I”m still not seeing any changes I make in the preview.
I tried unistalling the app several times but it seems like it keeps its data base, after reinstalling it.
is there any way I can fix this?
