    Hello I have a problem.

    I try to connect to facebook and I get this message:

    There was an error.
    It may be due to a technical error that we are trying to fix. Refresh the page.

    Any solution? I’ve been trying to figure it out for weeks and had no luck. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue connecting, but I’ll be happy to help.

    As this error that you’re seeing isn’t very informative, we have a snippet that will give us some additional error information, which may give us a better indication as to what might be happening here. Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. Personally, I like the free Code Snippets plugin method.

    Once the snippet is in place and you have had a chance to try to connect to Facebook again, would you please send a screenshot or text of any additional error messages that show?

    Hi @kek0,

    Do you have a site title set in WordPress at Settings > General?

    Would you also be willing to share with me the currency that your site is using?

    You can check that by following these steps:

    • Log into your Facebook Commerce Manager
    • Click on Settings > General, and under Commerce Account Info, please take note of the currency.

    Could you update me with the currency once you get a chance to check?
