Issues displaying shipping address on PDF Invoice

  • When orders are being placed the Shipping address is coming through to the email notifciation but not being displayed on the PDF invoice or in the order section of the woocommerece website.

    Instead just shows as N/A

    Not sure what could be causing this.

    That’s strange. Are you using other plugins that could interfere with the addresses?

    Are you using the default PDF template or a customized one?

    Nothing else that should be interfering with the checkout process, the strangest thing is that the address comes through fine in the new order email but isn’t present anywhere on the site.

    There are some modifications to the functions.php file but nothing that should interfere with the checkout process.

    I’ve now updated everything as well so will see if the problem persists.

    Not really sure what the route to fixing this would be, only seems to be on some orders as well.

    Do you mean that the address shows on the PDFs only on new orders? If not, do you have the option to show the shipping address enabled under PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > “Display shipping address”?

    The order comes through fine on email but then the shipping address is missing on the edit order page and the pdf invoice. Display Shipping Address was always set to “Always”.

    I’ve now changed the shipping settings to force shipping and billing address to be the same so hopefully the address entered should come through regardless.

    Not 100% sure if this is an issue with the PDF plugin or a problem with WooCommerece itself.

    Will hopefully be sorted after the changes I have made.
