Issues Inserting reviews in backend

    Hello, I set up your plugin in a stage site. I have to import hundreds of reviews from the old joomla version of my site, so I have to write them manually.
    I try to insert reviews in backend but i have the following issues:
    – I fill all the fields, but when I publish the post, it just saves title and post content. I then have to fill again all fields and the post associated and save again to have all fields completed. Sometimes I had to save again twice.
    – After I manage to insert the full review, it will not be shown in frontend. I have to unapprove it, then approve it again to see it in page.

    It will be too much time for me to insert all of those reviews with this problems. Is there a way to fix them?

    That shouldn’t happen.

    Are you adding reviews in the exact same way as demonstrated in that screen recording?

    There is also the “Import Third Party Reviews” tool which allows you to import reviews from a CSV file. Have you tried using that?

    If using the Import tool, I would recommend that you only import 50 reviews at a time since the importer doesn’t yet import reviews asynchronously.

    I tried to add reviews manually as shown in your video, but the first time it saves only title and text content.

    I will try to disable some plugins to check for any compatibility issue, but for now i’m managing to import reviews by csv import tool, even if i must load many packets due to script timeout problems.

    Thank you for support, i’ll write again if i find a solution about manual insert.
