Issues integrating Mailchimp to home page on our site

  • We have a website “thefandeal.com” and when you go to the opening page it has an email entry, the issue is that when someone is putting in their email it pops up with an error that say “” is not a valid grouping id for the list: The Fan Deal. I contacted Mailchimp and they said it could be an issue in the coding, I have tried to use coding that Mailchimp has but for some reason parts of it dont show up when I put it into the coding on the site

    Hmm…. generally, that means that there’s some sort of issue going on with the group that’s been selected for the signup form. Could you send us an email at [email protected] with the username for the account so we can have a closer look at what’s going on with that account? Additionally, which version of the plugin are you using?
