First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be ??

After deactivating Autoptimize plugins still load old caching CSS on-site and some page not load properly on the site, would you please refer to the below links and replay ASAP?
FYI, I’m using divi builder.
