I’m trying to migrate and i’m getting the “Transfer cannot be initiated due to permissions error.” My wp-content folder is set to 755 and so is my uploads folder. I haven’t touched the SFTP settings at all for anything so nothing should be changed. Do I need to contact flywheel? Is there a way to get around this on my own?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Also I checked with flywheel and they confirmed the files/folders have the correct permissions. But in the PHP logs they found the following message:

PHP message: PHP Warning: getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /www/wp-content/plugins/siteground-migrator/includes/wp-background-processing/wp-background-process.php on line 312

    Hello there @james13urnett,

It looks like your current hosting provider has disabled something that is necessary for the plugin to work as expected. I am afraid that you will not be able to use our migrator with your current environment settings.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan
