Please let me know whats the issue and how can I resolve this issue?

Other than the built-in COD gateway, what other gateway/s are you using? Can you please respond back with your sites’ status report, found under “WooCommerce > Status” page so we can take a closer look?

In the meantime, I would recommend you temporarily switch to another theme, like Storefront, and disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce core, to see if that resolves the issue.

If it does, please re-enable your features until it breaks again, and then contact the author of the conflicting plugin.

If you’re not comfortable doing this on your production site, then you can use something like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ to create a staging site where you’d be able to run these tests without it impacting your production site.

Thanks for sending us the status report.

The very first and most obvious red flag in there is the mismatch between your core WooCommerce plugin and the database. Your database is running version v4.3.3 while the core WooCommerce plugin is still at v4.6.2.

As a first step, update the database to see if that helps resolve the issue.

Otherwise, I would recommend you create a staging site as per my previous response, to see where the conflict is coming from.
