Issues on half my sites

Certificates are generated but not applied. Need to go in manually to install each 90 days. Plug-in draws you in with false sense of security, “If you’re a pro user you don’t need to do anything else…” Cron job setups that didn’t work, restart the server… it’s a bit much trouble for something I paid so much for so I wouldn’t have to touch the thing.

Support ended up having me create an admin account (shame on me for doing it) so they could look at their plug in. They say issue was caused by an old certificate, and that it’s fixed now.

I’d held off on submitting a review for 6 months as we resolved it – HOPEFULLY that site is fixed now, I’ll know when certs expire – but now I’m having non-application of renewed certificates on another site.
