Issues on reports when there is refund

  • Hi Team, there is something wrong with the woocommerce reports.

    so a client made an order yesterday and we had to refund due to some reason. It works fine yesterday.
    But today I notice the reports somehow refund the order I have refunded yesterday, again. It’s like the same order was refunded twice.
    Say for an example today there is no order, the report will give -ve amount.

    Can you help us with this issue? Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Can you share a screenshot of the report you’re referring, the order that was refunded as well as a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    Hi,

    Sorry, I didnt explain clearyly to you.
    On 05.10.2020 The amount at my side is RM10374 before deduct RM388 which is the refund order.
    The order was refund on 27.10.2020, sale is RM6972 at my side
    Which the different is RM388 (the refund amount)
    so the report here have deducted twice for this refund

    The same case happen on 23rd November and 24th. where the order was made on 23rd but refunded on 24th. But the price was deducted on both days. sholdnt it be only on the day that it was refunded?
