Issues related to mobile web seo and desktop web seo

When I was writing using surfer seo’s editor, I noticed an interesting thing. The editor gives different writing advice for mobile and desktop respectively. As you can see in Figure 2 and Figure 3. The mobile blog has fewer headings and fewer total words, while the desktop blog has more headings and more total words. Here I am proposing three options and I ask you to help me choose the right and feasible one.

First: How can I make my blog posts comply with the writing advice for both mobile and desktop platforms?
Second: Can I prepare two versions of a post, both mobile and desktop, at the same time. And then set up my website so that users will be automatically directed to the appropriate version when they visit my blog?
Third: If I can only choose one writing version, should I choose mobile or desktop?
