Issues running WP on Server 2102R2

  • Hello,
    I know this a simple fix but I cannot figure it out. I followed the steps outlined here to install WP on a Windows Server 2102R2. The site will run locally from the server with no issues. When I try to access he site from the internet none of the formatting appears and all the links are broken. When I click on a link it attempts to open a file location with an address that starts with localhost/wordpress/xxxxxxxxx. It seems like there must be a file that needs to direct the links and formatting to the correct directory. My address for my WP site is https://anishnaabemowin.biz/wordpress. I am not sure if its a WP issue or an issue with Internet Information Service(IIS) on the server.

    It appears that you did not changed the Home URL and Site URL in the Dashboard >> Settings >> General.

    Please check this option. If there is localhost mentioned, replace it with your domain or website URL.
