Issues separating posts into their own box.

I’m in serious need of some help! I’m wanting to separate each of my posts on my blog Here

This is a custom template I’ve been working on. I’ve uploaded the index.php file here:

I believe that’s where the issue lies. I mostly haven’t touched much PHP in it, just CSS, so I’ve been pretty confused.
