    Hi there

I recently tried to install this plugin and configure with an existing DigitalOcean Spaces bucket that I have, and I get a generic error saying please check all details.

Here’s screenshots of my config page on w2cloud. I’ve blacked out the secrets. https://imgur.com/a/TobQW0q

The same link also contains all of my existing plugins.

Hi, the region you inserted is not a valid region.

Here’s where you can get a list of the valid region values.

Click here to view region values.

**DO uses the same region values as AWS.

Pick the correct region and try again. Let us know the outcome.

    Thanks.

That doesn’t seem right. DO does not use the same region codes.

If you look at your own documentation on Space Regions, you’ll see it calls out nyc3 as a region code example. (Which btw isn’t a valid region in AWS.)

Hi @ankurb , sorry for the last reply. It was an honest mistake. You are right, DO spaces regions are different. (I looked at an old guide by mistake.)

However, all the information that you provide to our plugin, they are used to request through API to authorize the information. But if any of the information is incorrect it will not work. So please check again.

If it still doesn’t work, then take screenshot of the error and email it to us. We will help you out there. Thanks.

Hi @ankurb , I was just following up to see if you were able to find the solution.

    Do let us know.

    Thanks.

Hey apologies for the late reply! I went for WP Offload Media in the end. I used exactly the same settings with that plugin and it’s actively working with it, so I’m pretty sure it’s an issue isolated to this plugin.

Hi @ankurb , sorry it didn’t work out for you with us. But we will work on fixing it. Thanks for trying out our plugin.
