Issues testing site under development

    Hello, our site is underdevelopment. We are in the final stages of testing. We can place orders, payment sandbox’s are working fine. Orders show in woocommerce. Orders are being sent to shipping/label source correctly and labels can be generated. Said label source however is having issues communicating back. They are claiming their trouble is because of 500 errors on their back end. I am suspecting something else, more than a hunch, slightly educated guess is more accurate. However I must ask if it is possible that this plugin could be blocking them from completing their call. If so how do I go about opening a hole for them so we can complete testing. I do not want the site live until everything is working. So I don’t want to take this down until I know they are functioning correctly. Thanks for the help.

    How do they connect to WordPress site via their backend? WordPress API should be available even with CMP enabled. But if they are using some specific calls requiring wp_head then it might fall since we bypass a lot of wpe stuff including wp_head..

    Thank you for the response. You confirmed my suspicion, this plugin has nothing to do with their issue. We have confirmed what their issue is, can repeat it, and know what the fix for it is. Now we just have to get them to admit they have the problem and get them to fix it.
