Issues when adding a review using the [cusrev_all_reviews sort] shortcode

    Hi team,

    We’re using this shortcode to display all reviews of a product in the indicated page:

    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_products=”true” categories=”” products=”38828″ shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”false” show_more=”5″ min_chars=”0″ avatars=”standard” users=”all” add_review=”true”]

    Everything is displayed correcty, but we have realized there are two issues with this system regarding submitting a reviewng:

    1) After clicking “A?adir una rese?a” (Add a review) and entering the review data, all reviews are assigned to the Shop page, but it should be assigned to the 38828 product (i.e. the product in the “products” attribute).

    2) Any user, even if not logged in, can submit a review. We have ensured that all the relevant settings to enable only logged in reviews are enabled, so I think this means that the code in this form doesn’t take all those settings into account. Also, this will mean that the name and the email fields are not necessary, as the user will be logged in.

    For now, the most important issue we need to solve is the first one.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    1. Currently, the all reviews shortcode only supports adding shop reviews. We will consider implementing an option to add product reviews in future updates.

    2. Yes, visitors can submit reviews but they will be held for moderation. I will inform the development team to improve this section.
