    Hi @patrikspacer,

Please note that some servers and SMTP services only allow specific email address(es) to send emails. When you use the {field_id=”1″} smart tag, this likely causes an issue because the email address doesn’t have permission to send an email from your site.

Please know that we have a guide about troubleshooting form notification emails, with a specific section about the From Email.

In case you want to add the email address from who is sending the notification, I’d suggest using the Email Subject Line. For example, you could use something like “New Entry from {field_id=”1″}”.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi,
If I use “New Entry from {field_id=”1″}” i get error message “Notifications can only use 1 From Email. Please do not enter multiple addresses.”

    Hi @patrikspacer,

It seems you added or “New Entry from {field_id=”1″}” or more than one email address in the From Email field, and this caused the issue. Please use “New Entry from {field_id=”1″}” in the?Email Subject Line. And only one email address in the From Email field, as explained in our?guide here.

In case the issue continues, please share a screenshot from your notifications settings. That way, I will be able to provide further assistance.

    Thanks!
