Issues Whitelisting ManageWP IPs for Site

    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to add our site to ManageWP, but Wordfence is blocking access to authorize it from doing so. After adding the IPs to the “Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules” textbox, I tried reconnecting again but it’s still not working. Please advise on how to fix this issue. If you need access to the site to check it out yourself, then please let me know.

    Thanks for writing in! May I know please what makes you think that Wordfence is blocking access to ManageWP servers? adding their IPs to “Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules” should be more than enough to bypass all the firewall rules. Since you mentioned that this doesn’t work, then it could be a totally different problem.
