Issues with 2.054 still not resolved

  • Can someone from Ultimate Member’s support please let us know when issues created with the 2.054 update will be resolved? I reported issues with Image Upload fields not displaying in the View mode of the user’s profile on July 23. This is still unresolved despite me trying numerous things to get the issue resolved.

    When will a fix for this update be issued?

    It’s a great plugin, does exactly what we need it to do and I appreciate that it is a free plugin, but it’s been over a week without any reply from support.

    Any response as to the time frame to have this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @pacadmin01,

    I couldn’t replicate this issue on our test site.
    This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    it appears that there is a conflict with Smush version 3.2.2.1

    This UM functionality worked fine with this version of Smush before the update to UM 2.054. Any idea of what changed to cause the conflict and when it would be fixed?
