• Many issues with 404 on the login page where the only way out is to cancel the plugin through FTP. Support requests for this problem and any support request has been completely ignored for months, stay away from this plugin if you don’t want to be locked out

Did you attempt to get support before leaving this review? Disable all other plugins to see if the problem persists?

The login and logout pages were totally not accessible, this happened to a client’s site and to my site too.
You haven’t answered any support request for months, I disabled the plugin on all the sites where I installed it because I thought that it was abandoned, and I couldn’t run the risk of being locked out again.
The login page is one of the most critical parts of the website, it’s not like having a sidebar misaligned or a widget malfunctioning, when you are locked out and you cannot operate you need an urgent solution, and if it’s a membership website (like in my case) things are even worse. If I can’t trust the software that I use for this I cannot give a good rating

Tested 6.3.10 with WP 4.1.1 and all is well. Everything works as expected. Clearly, it’s a plugin/theme incompatibility on your website.
