Issues with Admin Fields reverting to previous content after save

Hi,

I am currently having an issue with admin fields reverting to previous content after clicking save.

For instance:
-Locations Tab
-Edit Location
-Change Name Field (add a new addition to text or replace complete text field)
-Click Save
-After reload or refresh button(within plugin), Name Field has previous text field content

This seems to affect every tab apart from the “Customize” tab where the popup says it has made the change.

Please could you advise as I need to change the workers email address but without removing the complete worker and starting again this can’t be done.
