Issues with avada Fusion description

    Hello i just installed the plugin and so everything seems to work. I just got one big Problem that the plugin can′t read my description. If I put in the Text from the Merchant Center Help:

    Google Chromecast was designed to discreetly connect to your TV.

    • Wirelessly Stream & Mirror Content
    • Integrated HDMI Connector

    Everything is ok but my website and all of my descriptions are made with avada Fusion and the Plugin don’t work.

    I understand that the description is not being read.

    Can I have you check if the problem disappears if you temporarily switch the theme to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront?

    If the issue is not present at that point, then your next recommended step is to reach out to the theme’s author/team in this regard for a solution.

    I tried to change the theme but because everything is built with avada builder it gives me a fatal error and I can’t change the product or add a new one.
    Is the any think else I can try? I would be sad if I can′t use the plugin

    No worries! There must be a dependent Avada Builder plugin which powers the theme. It’s a good idea to disable any Avada / Fusion plugins before switching to a default theme like Storefront.
