Hey I grabbed the free version of your plugin, but it wasn’t working for my site. I didn’t want to upgrade to pro if I couldn’t get the free version to work. Here’s the problem you should consider a work-around for. First off, I know this is an edge case. But here’s the deal:

    1. We use <base> urls on our site.
    2. The blog is nested (example.com/blog/)
    3. When your plugin creates the form for the site it uses action="#mc4wp-form-' on line 63 of /includes/MC4WP_Lite_Form.php. This makes a submit of the form redirect to my “example.com” which doesn’t do anything
    4. If you would switch that to action="https://'.$_SERVER[HTTP_HOST].$_SERVER[REQUEST_URI].'#mc4wp-form-' it can resolve issues like this.

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    Hi Jay,

I wasn’t aware the form action behaved like that when a blog was nested, it isn’t doing that for me.. I will run some tests and implement the change you recommended. Thanks for the heads up!

    Hi Jay,

I now realise you were talking about HTML <base> url’s and get what you mean. Addressed this in the next update, will most likely push it this evening. Thanks again!
