Issues with Captcha

  • Hi WPEngine is a great host however they limit which plugins you can use in their servers. Another words they manage their servers differently to most host companies.

    This plugins is working well for 100’s of thousands on different servers. There is no problem with the captcha.

    If the page you are having trouble with is just a contact us page, WP Engine can remove that page from cache so that the Session variable will work. You would just need to open a ticket with them.

    However, if this captcha is on all pages, I would advise not to remove the whole site from cache for performance reasons.

    Thanks Eric. Good advice…was just wondering if there might not be another way. I like to leave clients with simple solutions if you know what I mean ?? I’ve actually come to the conclusion that a required field with a code word and regex validation may be the best solution in this case. Best regards!
