Issues with Cart and Emails Delivery

Hi
I use the TutorStarter theme and have issues with the following:
- The Cart does not clear/empty after a customer makes a successful payment for the cart items on the website
- The Woocomerce email (completed order) are not been sent to the customers email as they should.
I reached out to support, after checking System Status Report and Fatal error logs? they suggested I reach out to the theme’s developers to ask them to help with fixing the issues or updating my theme.
I’ll appreciate the assistance
