Issues with categories – Backend categories is not displayed in front end

  • Hi folks, would appreciate your help here.

    1) I create a category in Post > Categories.
    2) Now I associate a category to a post.
    3) I go to the front end site.
    4) Under the ‘CATEGORIES’ on the sidebar I see ‘No categories’
    5) Tried re-installing wordpress manually and through softaculous.

    We guess this might be server issue. Please help guys!
