• You are no longer able to type a color HEX code into the color picker box. As soon as you get 3 numbers it auto-completes the rest (to whatever it thinks) and you cannot backspace to put in the correct numbers. This is a major issue with the latest version.

  • Hi

Can you please send me a link to your site?

No, as I ended up rolling back. I do not run updates on production sites without test them first.

Should be easy enough to replicate on any other site, as it happens on every site I have tested so far.

    Hi

Do you have the Elementor pro plugin on the site?

    Yes

Then I am sorry but the developer can’t support you here. They risk getting into real trouble if they support customers on this site. That’s not allowed for any company here.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

This is not an issue with the pro version. And obviously I am not the only one who had issues because the latest update rolled that feature back, as seen in the change log for the NON-PRO version. Having pro or not made zero difference to this issue.

It does not matter. Customers cannot be supported by any developer on this site.

If you are an Elementor Pro user, and I have no reason to believe you are not their paying customer as you said, then you need to avail yourself of the support option that you paid for.

Why would you not? You literally shelled out money for that and can get marquee service from the developer as their paying customer.
