Issues with Contact Form 7 (Issues with To, From and Reply To fields)

Hello,
I have my work email address as the “catch all” email address where all contact form submissions are sent to. If a message is meant for Human Resources, for example, I simply forward it to them.
Now whenever I forward something to someone and they click reply to respond to the sender, it automatically populates the “To:” field with the “From” email address from the website domain and the reply-to information is not included in the forward. I have to send them the email address separately.
I would appreciate any guidance.
