Issues with custom roles and Toolbar link

    I like the plugin so far but I am having an issue with custom roles with viewing the analytics. I have set the correct roles that can view the dashboard but once that user logs in they get an error message that says that they Don’t have access to Analytify Dashboard.

    Also, even though I have blocked the settings for not admin users the plugin creates a menu item in the WP toolbar. I need to remove that.

    Are you using Pro version ?

    1. I just tested dashboard access with roles and It works fine. Remember, dashboard roles access selection options are in Pro.

    2. Right now, we enabled the admin bar menu ONLY for selected dashboard roles in dashboard tab in Pro. Does this work for you or There should be a disable option in Advance tab ?

    It’s not even custom roles that don’t work. No user roles work but admin. It’s kind of misleading to say that is a PREMIUM feature when the website doesn’t state that and the ability to add user roles is in the free version. Can you put out a fix for this? I don’t need any premium features. I just need for all my different user roles to see this.

    @chenz2 Different roles access to the Analytify dashboard is our Premium feature.

    But nowhere on your site does it say that was a premium feature. Even tutorials online using the free one mention that you can have other user groups view. It doesn’t seem right to charge for that feature… I’m not asking for anything extra in regards to analytics and I don’t need anything else. I just want my other users to be able to access the free version. Can you kindly reconsider?

    There is misunderstanding. Free version was never for custom roles for dashboard analytics. We have 40% deal which can work for you.

    Not custom roles… ANY roles at all. Editor, contributor. All the premium options are not there in your free plugin. But the ability to change roles is there in the free version, with no note that says anything about it being premium. So it seems very misleading to even have it there. Do you know what I mean? Thanks for replying. Appreciate it.

    Sorry you got misunderstood with roles selection.

    In free version, Admin tab has roles selection which is for the stats appears under the posts/pages.

    In Pro version, We have Dashboard tab which is for Analytify dashboard stats and It has roles selection only for Dashboard.

    I think you get my point now ?

    Both are different.
