Issues with DONATE and SUBSCRIBE.

    I’m currently testing this on a clean install of WordPress 5.3. While PAYPAL BUY NOW and PAYPAL ADD TO CART seem to work fine on a test page and take me to PayPal after I click the button, the PAYPAL DONATION and PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION option result in broken code output before the button, and the button itself is non-functional (which would make sense, given the broken code output).

    I will attempt to look through the plugin code to see if something jumps out, but is anyone else having similar issues at all?
