Issues with Editing and Uploading Media

    Thank you for building this. I am hoping to get your help regarding the following:

    1. Edit Submissions

    Under form set up, I clicked edit submission and created a new page to enable my members to edit their submissions. When a user goes on the front end to edit their post, the page refreshes and nothing happens. Is there a step I am missing?

    2. Mobile Optimization

    I don’t think this form is mobile optimized. Nor can my users add an image on mobile or tablet (not featured) because the add media links are not there. And the form fields stretch way beyond the limit of the phone screen. Any help about why the button is missing?

    3. Adding Media

    On desktop when my users go to add media to the content post, they are given access to upload media (yay!) but also can view my sites backend media (such as my logo) area and choose that to upload. Is there a way to prevent this?

    Thank you in advance very your help. I really want to use this plug to allow my members to load content, edit content and add media on all devices.

    Hi @amandafperron,

    I like to ask you to create a support ticket. Its much easyer if you create a ticket and we can look together into your install and I can asign other support agens or a developer to the ticket if needed.

    You can use the Contact Us link from the wp admin settings menu to create a new ticket or use the Contact Form form the docs.buddyforms.com Documentation.

    I will set this ticket to resolved in here and hope to get your ticket soon.
