Hi, I was wondering if anyone is having issues with email distribution? I’m signed up to receive email updates when there’s a new post on my blog and I didn’t receive one when I posted this morning. Last post was on Friday and I received one then. I checked my subscription details and I still show I’m subscribed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’d like to make sure all my followers receive email updates when a new post goes live. Thanks!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I tried using the form on your site, and it seems to be working properly. I subscribed to your blog, and you can now see my email address in your subscriber list. Everything seems to be in order with your site’s connection to WordPress.com. Subscription emails should be sent properly.

If you’d like, you can send me an email via this contact form and mention this thread, as well as your email address. We’ll be happy to take a look at our email logs to find out what happened, and if other subscribers experienced the same issue.

I issued a post yesterday and the Subscriptions notification in Jetpack did not work. What is happening? Please resolve this. This is about the sixth time this has happened. It stopped working (sometime in Sept.) then one post worked on November 7th, and then they stopped again. I see comments by others that this is happening to them also.

I am trying to make a major push on my site and this is hurting me.

    Thank you. Rex

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

@faithmechanic Could you try to deactivate the Cornerstone plugin for a little while, publish a new post, and see if that post is delivered to your Jetpack subscribers?

If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!
