I’ve set the “processing”, “new order” and “order completed” emails to have the fulfillment date below the order table but this information isn’t coming out on the emails.

I’ve also set email reminder for pickup and this email doesn’t get delivered at all.

    Any ideas?

Hi there, I could have reproduced the reminder not working issue. It will be fixed in the next version of the plugin.

But I couldn’t replicate the date and time info not showing up in emails. Can you please try only having WooCommerce and Delivery & Pickup Scheduling plugin activated and try another test order to see if the issue still occurs?

Also, please check your order page to see if the order shows the fulfilment info like here: https://prnt.sc/J8CvaRcORxZM

    Hey Uriahs,

    Thanks for the feedback.

I can answer the question that the fulfilment information is appearing on orders like you asked.

I will need to create a quick staging server to test the limited plugins as this site is pretty busy.

    Will report back soon.

    Many Thanks,

    Hello,

I created a staging server from the live website, turned off all plugins except for required ones, located my test order and manually processed an invoice email – which is set to insert the fulfilment date/time but as you can see from the screenshots attached, didn’t display the required…
