Issues with Flatsome theme setup.

  • The basic shop all page works as intended but with the Flatsome theme product sections that attributes don’t filter anything correctly (See other pages for reference). The filters all appear regardless of if any of the products have those attributes or not and when clicking on a filter it resets the page and doesn’t remove the products outside of the filter.

    Have I set something up incorrectly?

    Hello,

    If you use page builder to create pages, then try to add shortcode [brapf_next_shortcode_apply] before products list.

    Hi,

    thanks for that and yes now the filters are working correctly but,

    1. How can I display which filters are being applied so customers can see that?
    2. When a filter is applied it resets the page and customers have to scroll back down to where the product list starts, can it be so that it just loads the products without resetting the page? This works on the default woocommerce page but not with anything built in the UX buildder/Flatsome Theme.

    Hello,

    1. It can be created in a same way as other filters, but set widget type to Selected Filters area
    2. Maybe incorrect selectors setuped and plugin do not use AJAX to load new products and reload page instead. Set correct selectors in plugin settings for your theme.
