• Hello, community

    We’re on WordPress 4.9.8 running the Hueman Pro theme for our website[ redundant link removed ] . Members of my team have recently reported facing this issue with the WYSIWYG editor. Some of its unusual behaviors:

    1. On publishing a post/page, it takes us to the visual editor the next time we open it. It is also an issue on switching between the visual and text editors.
    2. It replaces angular brackets with &lt ; and &gt ;.
    3. It removes any links added on an entire div.
    4. It removes line breaks and/or randomly adds non-breaking spaces (&nbsp ; ) around text.
    5. It replaces & with & amp;
    (Sorry for the extra spaces, it wouldn’t let me add these characters without manipulation.)

    Have any of you suffered through the same? Is there a proposed solution or at least a workaround?

    Have you talked to your theme support? First rule out any theme-specific issues by switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme. Do the issues persist? Then rule out plugin issues by deactivating all your plugins (with the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled).
