Yes, it is solved when I clear both cache and minification (didn’t try cache alone).
Difficult to say after how long it occurs again.

I tested the form daily and the results vary.
I would say that the issue occurs again after 2-3 days in average.

Does it make any sense to run the cache clear by cron by following your instructions?
Would a daily cron make any sense or this would rather annihilate the effect of the cache?

This site doesn’t have lots of visits. Low traffic. On average about 20-30 visits/day with an average of 50-80 pageviews/day.

PS: I didn’t use the option Restart Preload after completion.

PS2: I have similar issues with another site with similar traffic that displays a daily schedule for classes and it stops updating until I clear the cache.
Also the Restart Preload option is not active there.

PS3: I’m using a CDN for both sites.

The problem is caused by wp nonce security system. You should set a cache timeout rule as below.
