• Curious issue I was wondering if you could assist with. I am testing out the functionality of the plugin and came into an issue and was wanting to ask for clarification here.

Say I have a business that rents out things to people. I am the only employee, and the only thing customers are scheduling are drop off times.

So I have about 5 different pieces of equipment that people can book and rent in advance, however when a customer attempts to book using the bookly plugin, the moment a customer books a piece of equipment for a day, nothing else can be booked because it says I am now unavailable due to the first booking on that same day.

I’m only one guy, how can I allow multiple people to book an item for the same day if im the only employee in bookly?

I do not have bookly pro. I am testing the plugin to see what limitations it has before considering purchasing it. Do you need to have PRO to book the same person, for different bookings, at the same date and time?

    Hello!

This is how the system works – one employee can perform only one service at a time. If you want your customers to book different services (pieces of equipment) at the same time, you can assign that services to different staff members.

In a free version, only one staff can be created.

But you can generate your personal demo version with full functionality and all add-ons to see if Bookly suits your needs. Enter your email in this field and click the “configure” button: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/

Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
