    Hi,

    The automatic email send by the plugin to ask for reviews to the customers are always received in the “Promotions” tab in Gmail. Very few people only look at this tab, which is problematic.
    How is it possible to send it in the “Primary” tab please ?

    Unfortunately, we cannot control Gmail algorithms and how it classifies emails. Please try using different wording in your email subject and body – perhaps it could help to change how Gmail sees your emails.
