    Hi!

After installing “The Events Calendar” (free) and creating the first event, I got these warnings on Google Search Console:

Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 5 Events issues:

    Top Warnings

Warnings are suggestions for improvement. Some warnings can affect your appearance on Search; some might be reclassified as errors in the future. The following warnings were found on your site:

    Missing field "organizer.url"

    Missing field "eventAttendanceMode"

    Missing field "eventStatus"

    Missing field "offers"

    Missing field "performer"

Is this something that can be solved by installing the premium version of the plugin?

    Best,

    Antonio

  • I serious also like am answer to this. I have installed the extension but still get organizer.url errors.

I’m getting this error as well. I tried the test at Google Rich Results Test (which replaces the Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool you recommended for a similar issue at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/missing-field-location-google-search-console/). Under “Events” there are four warnings.

    At the top:
    Missing field “eventAttendanceMode” (optional)
    Missing field “performer” (optional)
    Missing field “eventStatus” (optional)

Further down under the “organizer” field:

    Missing field “organizer.url” (optional)

There is data in the Organizer section of the page and reported in RRT.

    Here’s the affected URL:

    https://poetry.ruekberg.com/event/poetry-image-and-sentence/

Thanks for any help you can give.

This has been asked and ignored for at least 2 years.

We have been told that performer is not something this plugin generates and that it must be a ticket plugin. We have been told it was not a problem and was just an optional field. We have been told they would look into it (but nothing every came of that). We have been told to reference a kb article on their site that does not exist.

You would think that this would be a straight forward option to adjust the output schema to include this information.
