Issues with header images

Hello,

to answer both of these questions you must firstly be using the custom home template for your homepage. You then need posts with featured images. The slider will then appear with that posts image, title and text. You can find further instructions here: https://templateexpress.com/docs/brasserie/#homepage-settings

I set my homepage as custom home template and i add two posts with featured images but nothing…it not works.
It works only for the “From the blog” section. There, my posts perfectly appear. But not in the header images.

in admin > appearance > customize > homepage settings > homepage slider – do you have flexslider selected from the drop down?

Yes, i set flexslider

OK add a post category called Featured and put these posts into that category.

Ok, it finally works.
One last question: may i change the text of “Read More” button?

Yes that can be changed in the content-flexslider.php file
