Issues with Kite App

Whenever I click on a picture in my WooCommerce store, the image of the product doesn’t show. It’s completely blank, except for a product description. I can’t figure out how to change the product description, either. Also, the app seems to slow down the website. The “Load More” button is unresponsive, and the images take a long time to load, so it doesn’t load the picture of the product for a few minutes. Some images don’t load at all. The app seems to place them in a page called “Store”, which I can’t access from the WordPress dashboard. Is there a way to fix all of these problems?
