Issues with menu (my tabs disappeared)

Hi, I am having issues with the menu across the top of my blog homepage. Before, there were tabs, and now all of the sudden (without me changing anything) there is one menu that has all my tabs and I can’t get it to go away. How do I set it so the tabs go across the top of the page, (without a menu).
