issues with migration

I recently setup a new server at my house. Trying to get WordPress running again. Used a new installation of wordpress, reinstalled mySQL and transferred over the /data directory

But now, after manually setting up the new config.php Im getting the following error when trying to pull up index.php

Any insight?
