    I am getting the above error when I try to use this plugin to migrate from Envira. WordPress is fully up to date and I have disabled all other plugins except for Envira and Modula. Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    Please include your site URL in the message … we’d have to debug this and see what’s going on. You’re the first to report this kind of issue.

    Later edit: I’ve seen your 1* review and tried looking up a support ticket that resembles your username (Curtis) but couldn’t find anything. I’ve even checked our Spam and Trash folders, thinking maybe your message might have been caught by our spam filters.
