Issues with new account password / email

Hi,
Over the last few weeks I have noticed that anyone who goes through the process of creating a listing cannot login and have to request a lost password.
This wasn’t happening before and I’d never actually seen anyone request a lost password, but it’s happening all the time now.
I was wondering if it’s a case of the new account email not being sent with the password?
It’s getting quite frustrating as people are creating listings and then not bothering due to the password issue.
Have there been any other reports of this?
I’m using the Listify theme and have spoken to their support but they’ve said it’s to do with WP Job Manager.
Any help or advice you can offer would be appreciated.
