• Hello,

We found an interesting issue on our WooCommerce shop with Complianz when using the new cart and checkout blocks from WooCommerce (Gutenberg blocks).

Several products, when added to the cart, would render both cart and checkout blocks unusable. After inspection, we found that instagram links inserted in product links were responsible, only when Complianz was enabled. Disabling Complianz completely gets rid of the issue.

Tested switching to Storefront, we get the same issues.

    What could possibly be wrong?

    Best regards,
    Julien

    Hello @jvkonfi ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This is a known issue for cart and checkout in WooCommerce. In this case the proven workaround is to disable the WooCommerce integration in Complianz by going to?Integrations > Plugins.

    Keep me posted.

    Thanks for the help.

As suggested, we tried disabling the WC integration in Complianz, but the issue is not resolved.

    Hello,

    please try to:

    1. Disable Instagram from the section “Integrations” -> “Services” if you find it
    2. Follow this guide if you’re using a cache plugin like WP Rocket
    3. Send us a screenshot about the services you have in the section “Integrations” -> “Plugins”

It seems that disabling the Instagram service did the trick!

    Thanks for the help ??
